SHIPPING & RETURNS

RETURN POLICY

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS: There are no returns on Digital Downloads, a replacement file will be sent if there was a problem on the first attempt.

PHYSICAL INVENTORY ITEMS: All physical items carry a 30 day return policy. If you are not satisfied for any reason with an item, please call or email us and we will resolve the problem as soon as possible. Once the item is returned to us, we will start the refund process and quickly resolve the problem.

RETURNING DAMAGED INSURED ITEMS IN TRANSIT: If your item was insured and damaged in transit, please return the item to the your local Post Office for return shipping, once I receive the item, I will file a claim with the Post Office and you will receive a refund or store credit in the amount tendered, your choice. SHIPPING: We ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

WHAT WE SHIP

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS: All Digital Downloads are downloaded by you, directly from our site. Just follow the instructions once payment is confirmed. We can also send any digital download via email address.

PHYSICAL INVENTORY ITEMS: INSURANCE is available and encouraged on ALL ITEMS for your protection, we are not responsible for damage of uninsured items. ALL insurance claims on lost items must wait 30 days before a claim can be filed. ALL INSURED ITEMS that are damaged in transit must be returned and a claim will be filed with the USPS. PACKING: ALL ITEMS are securely packed in rigid cardboard and bubble mailers, we use inserts and foam padding for extra protection in transit on all items shipped domestic and international.

PAPER ITEMS: Unless noted, ALL paper items are ship in a 2 x 12 inch, or larger (depending on size and weight) rigid mailing tube for protection in transit. Oversize or thicker paper items will be shipped flat and sent sent via USPS (1-5 days), UPS or FED EX delivery service, delivery times vary.

RECORDS: ALL Records are shipped USPS PRIORITY MAIL (3-5 days) or MEDIA MAIL (6-10 days) in the United States and USPS INTERNATIONAL MAIL (6-10 weeks) or PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL MAIL (1-3 weeks) outside the United States. Rates will vary depending on weight, postage fees and customs fees and time of delivery will vary on your countries postal service. All customs forms will be used in shipping. All Records are shipped in sturdy record mailers with cardboard inserts and plastic enclosure for protection in transit.

BOOKS: All books will be sent via MEDIA MAIL in the UNITED STATES. All INTERNATIONAL customers please request shipping options. ALL Books are shipped in sturdy bubble mailers with foam inserts for protection in transit.
